In business for over 15 years, GMS Meetings is part of a family of companies all specializing in various aspects of the hospitality industry. A part of the Maxxus Group of companies and a division of GMS Global Management Services, Inc., GMS Meetings provides meetings and logistical expertise in support of corporate events and/or meetings, incentive programs, and group and business travel. Along with our sister company, GMS Events, our event planning partner, we cover the entire spectrum of event needs for our clients. We are your one-stop shop for all of your meeting and event needs.

How we work. We are a continent-wide meeting management company. At GMS meetings, we first start our work with understanding your goals. We give every client the attention they need regardless of the venue or the size or nature of their meeting. We embrace your input. We assign a dedicated meeting planning expert to every client. The meeting planning expert acts as the sole point of contact with the client. We offer our services on a menu basis. Thus, our open-line budget policy allows our clients to pick and choose the services they need and pay for what they use.
